Brighton Women's Centre
The Women's Centre is run collectively by women for women. The centre aims to give supportive help and information. The centre offers a drop-in, pregnancy testing, crèche, counselling, legal advice (Wed. 10.30-12.30 and Thur. 2-3.30), a library and training opportunities.
Young People's Centre (YPC)
Information for young people about any issues: housing, health, money education for young people (13 - 25). Free counselling, pregnancy testing and condoms are available. There is also free internet access and a cheap cafe. The YPC also offers free chlamydia testing on Monday afternoons. There is a Nurse Practitioner available on a Monday between 3:30 and 5:30pm, to prescribe emergency contraception in addition to pregnancy testing and she also can give specialist advice on sexual health and other health matters. -

The Samaritans
Samaritans is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide. Drop-in 10am - 5pm every weekday.
Victim Support
Emotional support and practical assistance to victims of crime with specialised volunteers for victims of sexual assault and rape. You can self-refer.
